Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Sales Team Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by coordinating schedules, tracking sales leads, preparing presentations, and ensuring seamless communication between team members and clients. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales data, creating reports, assisting in planning sales strategies, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency within the team. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of contact for the sales team and external stakeholders, contributing to achieving organizational targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, team collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical abilities to track, evaluate, and report sales data and performance metrics accurately.
  • An understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and workflow coordination.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to tasks.
