Job Description
We are looking for a
highly motivated and target-driven Sales Team Assistant Leader who can initially perform as an
Individual Contributor (IC) and demonstrate strong sales performance. Based on consistent results, the candidate will be gradually assigned
team handling responsibilities.
This role requires a candidate who can
lead by example, manage sales targets, guide team members, and ensure proper execution of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Individual Sales Responsibilities (Initial Phase):
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Maintain minimum 3 hours of talk time daily.
- Convert leads into sales through strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all customer interactions.
- Ensure proper lead follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Work with dialer systems for outbound calling.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Team Support & Leadership Responsibilities
- Assist in guiding and mentoring the inside sales team.
- Support the team in closing leads and improving conversion rates.
- Ensure team members maintain CRM updates and calling discipline.
- Help track team performance, productivity, and talk-time metrics.
- Coordinate with management for team targets, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain team motivation and ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2C Sales.
- Prior team handling or remote team coordination experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and convincing skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and dialer tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage team performance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Laptop and stable internet connection required (if remote coordination is involved).
