This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Sales Support Executive. The role involves providing administrative and operational support for the sales team, assisting in lead generation, preparing sales reports, responding to client inquiries, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless client interactions. The Sales Support Executive will also be responsible for ensuring that sales goals are met by aiding in streamlining pre-sales and post-sales activities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, data management, and handling customer records.
• Strong communication, email correspondence, and client relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with lead generation, market research, and understanding customer needs.
• Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other internal departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles is an advantage.
