Job Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or higher in any related field of study.
Available for a minimum 3-month internship.
Able to start immediately (for mandatory internships, availability to start in September).
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred for Data Analysis, Finance, and Supply Chain roles).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ambitious, motivated, and positive mindset.
Results-driven and proactive in handling tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to manage projects and engage with Associates effectively.
Fast learner who's open to trying new things.
A team player with strong collaboration skills.
Amenable to a hybrid and/or onsite work arrangement.
