Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition:

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries.
  • Build and maintain a prospect database.
  • Reach out to leads through email, LinkedIn, calls, and WhatsApp.
  • Draft personalized outreach emails and follow-up messages.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Support proposal creation and pitch presentations.
  • Track sales activities and maintain CRM records.

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Prepare company profiles, pitch decks, and customized presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and assist in creating relevant solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for proposals.

Post-Sales & Client Coordination:

  • Assist in managing ongoing client requirements.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and additional needs.
  • Help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable with internet research and professional email drafting.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to work in a startup environment and take ownership.

  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Support Executive, you will play an important role in supporting both new business development and existing client coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to sales, client communication, proposal preparation, and end-to-end business development.

You will work closely with the leadership team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, set up meetings, prepare presentations, and assist in both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
