Role Description

The Sales Support Executive will play an integral role in supporting sales operations and client servicing. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with vendors and clients, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The role requires effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Sales Support / Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales process fromRFQ stage to order execution and dispatch coordination.The role involves evaluating customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial quotations, managing CRM and ERP entries, coordinating with principals and internal teams, and ensuring timely order processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HandleRFQs from customersand identify suitable products from our portfolio or equivalent brands.
  • Prepare and sendtechno-commercial quotationsto customers.
  • Enter and trackleads and enquiries in CRM.
  • Follow up on quotations to improveRFQ-to-order conversion.
  • Review customer orders against quotations andenter orders in ERP.
  • SendOrder Acknowledgement (OA)to customers.
  • Coordinate withoperations/logistics team for dispatch.
  • Arrange materials fromprincipal companiesif not available in stock.
  • MaintainSales Funnel and MIS reportsfor assigned brands.

Qualification:

BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics), MBA preferred.

Experience:

Fresher to23 years of relevant experiencein Sales Support / Sales Coordination.

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Basic knowledge ofCRM/ERP systems
