Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive / Sales Support Coordinator to support sales operations, manage client communication, and drive business growth. The candidate will play a key role in handling inquiries, preparing quotations, managing tenders, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution from lead generation to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Sales Coordination

Coordinate with sales team, clients, dealers, and internal departments

Handle client inquiries via email and calls, understand requirements, and provide appropriate solutions

Create and manage business associates / sales associates

Generate leads and support conversion into sales

Arrange site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and assist in deal closure

Sales Support & Documentation

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quotations on a daily basis

Maintain strong follow-up with clients for approvals and order confirmation

Acknowledge and process Purchase Orders (POs) from clients

Maintain and update quotation and BOQ summary records

Prepare monthly sales reports

Tender & Vendor Management

Manage and submit online tenders

Handle vendor registration processes and maintain documentation

Customer Relationship & After-Sales Support

Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support

Prepare post-sales documents such as:

Work Completion Certificates

Warranty Certificates

Service Reports

Coordination & Operations

Coordinate between clients, sales executives, dealers, and factory from order generation to delivery

Ensure timely execution and smooth communication across teams.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week (4th Saturday off)

Preferred:

B.Com or relevant commerce background

15 days/Immediate joiner preferred

34+ years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or back-office sales

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
