Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator located in Kochi. The Sales Support Coordinator will assist the sales team by performing administrative tasks, maintaining records, overseeing logistics, and streamlining communication. The role requires handling both internal and external communications, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a background in Computers having worked in Sales/Marketing in the same field
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance, with attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Basic knowledge of logistics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT or Computer related courses.
