Role Overview
You'll manage follow ups, documentation and coordination across teams so nothing slips through the cracks. This is a core support role that keeps the sales process on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between sales, clients and internal teams
- Manage lead assignment and follow ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals and agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM updates
- Coordinate order processing and client onboarding
- Prepare daily to monthly MIS reports
- Handle basic client queries and escalate issues
- Maintain dashboards for pipeline and targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination
- Good Excel skills
- Experience with CRM tools
- Ability to multitask under pressure
