Duration: 3 Months Internship

Stipend: ₹5,000/month + Incentives

Location: Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for a Support Coordinator Intern who is eager to learn, proactive, and excited to work in a startup environment. The role involves handling student/customer queries and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls with students/customers

Guide users on courses, admissions, and processes

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Ensure timely follow-ups until closure

Support onboarding, KYC, and class-related queries

Maintain data in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets

Mandatory Requirements

Fluent in Malayalam (Mandatory)

Basic English communication

Own Laptop (Mandatory)

Stable Internet Connection (Mandatory)

Comfortable working remotely

Work Schedule

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Weekly Off: Monday
