Job Description-

Job Role- Sales Strategy Lead (Field Sales)

Level- Manager/ Senior Manger

About the Role-

We are looking for a street-smart, data-driven Sales Strategy Executive who understands the realities of on ground sales in India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on field experience, strong operational understanding, and the ability to convert data insights into actionable growth strategies

Key Responsibilities-

1. Sales Planning & Strategy

Develop data-backed sales strategies to drive revenue, improve productivity, and strengthen

market presence.

2. On-Ground Execution Support

Work closely with field sales teams to ensure alignment between strategy and ground reality.

Conduct market visits to understand customer and sales team behaviour

Identify operational bottlenecks and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them quickly.

3. Performance Monitoring & Analysis

Track key sales metrics

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

4. Process and Efficiency Improvements

Optimize sales processes using technology, automation, and data tools.

Collaborate with product/tech teams to improve CRM usage, route optimisation tools, and app adoption.

Design incentive programs based on performance data and market goals.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

What we are looking for -

  • 24 years of experience in a field sales-driven environment (Quick Commerce, FMCG, Consumer
  • Goods), MBA from tier 1 institutes
  • Street-smart mindset with the ability to adapt and get things done
  • Ability to convert raw data into insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable with frequent market visits.
