  • Expertise in management information systems (MIS) (Mandatory skill) to manage and interpret data effectively.
  • Knowledge in competitive intelligence to understand market trends and competitors strategies.
  • Strategic planning capabilities to develop long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong background in business development to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Experience in account management to nurture and grow client relationships.
  • Understanding of human resources principles to manage and motivate sales teams effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors performance to refine sales approaches.
