Responsibilities:
Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs and present the Conversions API as the optimal solution.
Influence the sales process by demonstrating the benefits and technical advantages of our Conversions API over other market solutions.
Conduct detailed analysis of customers existing data collection and measurement practices to identify improvement areas.
Provide strategic recommendations to customers on integrating and optimizing the Conversions API to meet their marketing objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales pitches and materials that highlight the strengths of the Conversions API.
Assist customers with the technical setup and configuration of the Conversions API, ensuring smooth implementation.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues during the integration process, ensuring high-quality data collection and performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor solutions to effectively position our Conversions API in the market.
Provide ongoing support and training to customers, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the Conversions API.
Track and report on the progress of sales engagements and customer adoption of the Conversions API.
