Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving growth targets, expanding the customer base, and building strong client relationships. The role involves strategic planning, team management, market analysis, and reporting to ensure the company's strong presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive growth and ensure the sales team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Team Management: Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding client needs.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to management.
  • Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets, monitor market shifts, and stay informed about new products and competition.
