Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Staff, based in Kozhikode. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, demonstrating Nulo's product offerings, and effectively communicating the value of the brand. The Sales Staff will manage client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and handle sales tasks to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate sales records and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for effective client engagement
  • Sales and marketing expertise, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate sales records and reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and achieve targets
  • Proficiency in customer service and relationship management
  • Prior experience in retail sales or a similar role in the bathroom ware or home decor industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in regional and English language(s) is highly desirable
