Location- Trichy- Thanjavuru Belt
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Staff to build and scale our offline distribution network across South Chennai and the Trichy belt. The role focuses on expanding retail presence, appointing distributors, increasing secondary sales, and ensuring strong brand visibility in the market.
This is a performance-heavy role requiring aggressive market execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion
Identify and appoint distributors / super stockists in assigned territory
Expand retail coverage (modern trade, supermarkets, premium grocery, confectionery stores)
Ensure new outlet onboarding every week
2. Sales & Targets
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets monthly
Drive repeat orders from distributors
Increase SKU penetration per outlet
3. Distributor Management
Maintain healthy stock levels with distributors
Monitor billing cycles and payment collections
Ensure timely claim settlement & scheme communication
4. Retail Execution
Ensure product placement in prime shelves
Negotiate visibility, counter placement & display opportunities
Track competitor pricing & schemes
5. Reporting & Data
Maintain outlet universe data
Submit daily sales report (DSR)
Track beat plan and coverage efficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
25 years experience in FMCG sales (food / confectionery preferred)
Strong distributor network knowledge in Chennai & Trichy belt
Aggressive, target-driven personality
Comfortable with field work (80% field)
Ability to negotiate and close deals independently
Own two-wheeler preferred
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary: 25,000 40,000 (Based on experience)
