Exp- 6-8 Years

NP: Immediate to 30 Days

Work Location: South NCR (Manesar)

Education: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Production)

Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for driving sales and business development in the South NCR (HaryanaRajasthan)

Manage complete sales cycle, develop new customers, and support existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Manage complete sales cycle (RFQ to payment collection)

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and HO teams

Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate orders

Track market trends, competitors, and identify new sectors

Ensure timely payment collection and reporting

Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities

Travel within the region for business development

Key Skills

Experience in industrial / automation product sales

Strong communication (English + local language)

Negotiation and account management skills

CRM knowledge and sales reporting

Willingness to travel frequently

Preferred Industry

Automation, industrial components, conveyors, automotive suppliers
