Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. Key tasks also include preparing product presentations, offering sales training and support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Collaborating with the larger team, the Sales Specialist will contribute to managing sales strategies and business expansion efforts.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets
• Experience in providing Training and support to team members or clients
• Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in the media, design, or entertainment industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
