Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Specialist with strong technical expertise in water pump systems to handle tender-based sales and quotation preparation for projects in the Perth (Australia) region. The role involves analysing tender documents, selecting suitable pumps, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track tenders (construction, mining, domestic sectors)
- Analyse tender documents and determine pump/system requirements
- Perform pump calculations and selection
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations
- Source new clients through tender platforms and contractor networks
- Work with Foundation Pump Services product range
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in water pump industry (must)
- Strong knowledge of construction, mining & domestic pump applications
- Hands-on experience in pump calculations and system design (mandatory)
- Ability to read technical drawings and tender documents
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel / documentation
Experience: 3–8 Years (flexible based on expertise)
Salary: As per experience + KPI-based incentives
KPIs Include:
- Number of tenders identified & submitted
- Quotation accuracy & turnaround time
