Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing client relationships, preparing and delivering sales presentations, meeting sales targets, and providing product solutions tailored to client needs. The role also entails coordinating with internal teams, participating in field engagements, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and experience in Sales Management
- Experience in providing Training and product demonstrations to clients
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the electrical services industry, especially power systems, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role
