Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Silvassa. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and training customers on product usage. Daily activities will include meeting sales targets, offering solutions tailored to customer needs, and maintaining detailed sales records. The role also involves collaborating with the team to enhance sales strategies and ensure a positive store experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to provide Training to customers on products and services, ensuring satisfaction and usability
• Results-driven mindset with problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with Apple products and a passion for technology is a plus
• Prior experience in the retail or technology industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications related to sales or Apple products would be beneficial
