We're hiring a Sales Manager for our client, a fast-growing financial institution dedicated to accelerating India's manufacturing growth through smarter access to capital.
As the Sales Manager, your responsibilities would be:
- Drive high-velocity closures in the ₹100–500 Cr segment through capex financing and leasing solutions
- Acquire SME/manufacturing clients and activate OEM channel partnerships for consistent deal flow
- Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle—from sourcing and structuring to documentation and disbursal
- Build strategic client relationships to grow share of wallet and repeat business
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene to optimize lead-to-sanction conversion.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in NBFCs, banks, asset finance, or capex lending with mid-market deal closures
- Strong local network across industrial/manufacturing clusters for field-driven origination
- Sound financial acumen with the ability to simplify and pitch structured solutions
- High-execution mindset with focus on speed, accuracy, and strict TAT adherence
- Collaborative approach to work seamlessly with credit and internal lending teams
