Job Responsibilities

• Connect with international prospects and clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable healthcare and wellness solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales activities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with international clients.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Work from Office (Paschim Vihar, Delhi)
• Post 6:00 PM – Work from Home (International Shift)
