Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, located in New Delhi with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage potential clients, build and manage strong relationships, and drive revenue growth through lead generation and sales strategies. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular communication and reporting of sales performance and market trends to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills for lead generation, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Ability to handle business tools for data management, CRM, and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property services, business compliance, and legal solutions is advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Proactivity, a goal-oriented mindset, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
