Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Associate with a little idea of Marketing Activity, To lead our sales operations and customer engagement efforts. This role goes beyond sales, it involves working closely with the founders, driving growth, and contributing to marketing and user engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily sales and follow-up calls (45 hours/day) to convert high-intent leads into paying users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and aspirants, ensuring smooth onboarding and retention.
  • Manage inbound queries on WhatsApp, Telegram, and calls, ensuring fast and quality responses.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, feedback, and conversions regularly.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in EdTech, higher education)
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Proven ability to close deals, manage funnels, and hit revenue targets.
  • Basic understanding of Marketing and Social media tools to handle queries.
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Open for extra hours whenever required.(This will be for starting few months only)
