Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Noida. The Sales Specialist - Textile will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing top-tier customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying business opportunities, delivering product training, managing sales operations, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and market presence. The candidate will primarily work within the Delhi NCR region and focus on the textile segment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven aptitude in Sales and Sales Management to achieve financial targets and foster business growth.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions, ensuring clients are well-informed about products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a competitive and dynamic sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in the textile industry or a related field will be advantageous.
