Role Overview
We are looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist who will be the first point of contact for inbound clientinquiries. The ideal candidate shouldbe articulate, quickto respond, customer- focused, and capable of converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound inquiriesfrom corporate clientsthrough email, calls, and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements (budget,occasion, quantity, customization) and recommend the most suitable gifting solutions.
- Share detailedproposals, pricing, and presentations in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams design,production, and logistics to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accuraterecords in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Ensure all communication reflectsthe premium tone and professionalism of the brand.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to order closureand post-sale follow- up.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and work towardsrepeat business.
- Support the sales team with insightsfrom client interactions to refine offeringsand sales strategies.
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication in English.
- The ability to convince customers and effectively handleescalations is essential.
- Experience handlinginbound B2B leadsindependently.
- Consultative selling approach ability to listen, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Fast responsetime and proactiveclient engagement.
- High level of coordination with internal teamsand attention to detail.
- Strong data discipline must update CRM/trackers accurately.
- Professional attitude, presentation, and problem-solving mindset.
Good to Have
- Creativity in gift curation and packaging suggestions.
- Experience in upselling or cross-selling to corporate clients.
- Familiarity with CRM toolsand Excel/Google Sheets.
