Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Specialist in Patna. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, promoting services, providing product demonstrations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and strategize to achieve business objectives and growth.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
