Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, primarily based in Patna, with an opportunity for partial remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. Tasks include delivering engaging product training sessions, managing sales processes, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will actively collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience or ability to conduct effective Training sessions on products or services.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a hybrid office and remote environment.
  • Past experience in the education, technology, or training sectors is a plus.
