Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewellery Sales Specialist at Star Jewellery for B2B Wholesale, located in Surat. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their preferences, showcasing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. The specialist will also maintain product knowledge, help with visual merchandising, provide training to team members on jewellery trends, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with designers and artisans to understand product details and craftsmanship. One should travel frequently in India.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry
- Frequent Flyer Nationally
- Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service and Training others
- Familiarity with Polishing and maintenance of jewellery pieces
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist customers effectively
- Ability to understand and explain jewellery details and diamonds
- Previous experience in the jewellery or luxury retail industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Jewellery Design or related fields are an advantage
