Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist for our on-site location in Gandhinagar Gujrat. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting customized solar solutions, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering comprehensive product training to clients. Additionally, you will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships effectively
- Proven experience in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in Sales Management, including organizing and leading sales efforts
- Ability to provide Training and support for customers on solar products and processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the renewable energy industry or solar energy systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
