Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Specialist will handle tasks such as generating leads, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, managing sales operations, and providing training to enhance sales performance. They will also assist in ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets and contributing to achieving the company's business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to effectively achieve sales targets and grow revenue
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to provide Training to enhance team productivity and improve operational effectiveness
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a goal-oriented approach
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the nutrition or health supplement industry would be an advantage
