Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work remotely when required. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving customer engagement, identifying opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and managing the sales process to meet sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, facilitating sales training, and supporting the overall sales strategy. Candidates must exhibit the ability to communicate effectively in presenting solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Sales expertise, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Sales Management and ability to provide Sales Training to enhance team performance.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to the dynamic requirements of a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or a related role is an advantage.
