Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to take on B2B lead generation and client acquisition efforts in the Events & Experiential Marketing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales techniques, excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through research, networking, social media and cold outreach
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across corporate, wedding and social event segments
- Identify business opportunities and pitch customized event solutions to potential clients
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups and support proposal creation with the internal team
- Maintain accurate records of lead status, conversions and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote company services
- Collaborate with the production and creative teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but NOT a must
- Atleast 2 years of proven sales or lead generation experience, preferably but not restricted to the event, media, or hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office and digital lead gen platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and well-organized
Preferred:
- Knowledge of event formats (corporate, weddings, exhibitions)
