Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, primarily based in Bareilly with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting sales pitches, managing the sales process, and identifying potential business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting clients in selecting the best solutions for their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Training clients about services, providing post-sales support, and identifying market trends are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide tailored support
• Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive client acquisition, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets
• Experience in Training clients or team members on services and solutions is highly valued
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with the web design or digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
