Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer responsible for Lead Generation across our entire product range and managing opportunities from initial contact to execution. The role requires strong technical understanding, consistent follow-ups, and effective communication with customers in the pharma and cleanroom segments.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Required: 1 to 8 Years
Understand technical requirements, instrument applications, operations, and software usage.
Conduct technical discussions and presentations with customers.
Prepare accurate, clean, and complete reports.
Carry out extensive field sales promotion to generate and convert leads.
Attend sales calls on time and manage daily activities efficiently.
Utilize the entire working day productively for sales-related tasks.
Maintain strong understanding of competitor products and market positioning.
Coordinate with stakeholders at all organizational levels from junior to senior personnel.
Engage with multiple departments within customer organizations.
Independently close orders for regular items.
Work with the manager for project-based cases.
Prepare and maintain rolling 3-month sales projections.
Track targets, monitor achievements, and take steps to meet monthly/quarterly goals.
Identify and win competitor accounts.
Handle prompt email communication, quotation submission, and follow-up.
Qualifications
Education:
B.E / B.Tech in ECE, EIE, EEE
B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology
Experience Required
1 to 8 years of experience in Sales of Injectable Instruments, Environmental Monitoring Instruments, and Cleanroom Instruments.
Experience in pharma facilities or related technical sales fields will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions
Travel across the designated geography (up to 100 km) via bus, train, or bike.
