Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Dhanbad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the sales process, and building strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include presenting products to potential clients, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and coordinating with the internal team for seamless service delivery. The role may also involve conducting training sessions for team members to boost performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Sales expertise with experience in achieving targets and developing new business opportunities
• Ability to manage and train sales teams, as well as handle Sales Management responsibilities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the food production or FMCG sector is a plus
