Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers, present company offerings, and build strong, long-term client relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting client meetings and follow-ups, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating deals in alignment with company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers, and participating in training or sales reviews to improve performance. The Sales Specialist will represent Riti Buildspace and it's offerings professionally in the market and contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
  • Candidates should possess Training and coaching abilities to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Candidates should have basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Candidates should demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Candidates should ideally have prior experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industries.
  • A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
