TrulyInbox is a fast-growing SaaS platform helping founders, SDRs, agencies, and outbound teams improve email deliverability through intelligent email warm-up and inbox management.
With 1,200 to 1,500 new signups every month, we run a strong product-led growth motion where users start at $29/month and scale up to $5K+ annual contracts based on inbox volume and sending needs. The Role
We're looking for a Full Cycle Inbound Sales Specialist who owns the entire sales motion from first touch to close. You'll work a warm pipeline of product-led signups, qualify serious buyers, run consultative demos, and close annual contracts - all without waiting on an SDR to hand you leads.
This is not an order-taking role. The best candidate combines the curiosity of a consultant, the discipline of a closer, and a genuine understanding of the outbound ecosystem their customers live in.
Roles & Responsibilities
Pipeline & Qualification
Own the full sales cycle from inbound signup to closed-won, without handoffs
Work closely with Marketing to qualify MQLs, identify high-intent users, and move serious prospects toward demos and custom plans
Prioritise and segment the inbound pipeline daily based on product usage signals, firmographics, and sending intent
Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in the CRM at all times
Consultative Selling & Demos
Run product demos that go beyond features - covering warm-up infrastructure, inbox health, spam risk, and deliverability best practices relevant to each prospect's use case
Handle deliverability skepticism confidently with data, case studies, and technical credibility
Position TrulyInbox against competitors with clear, honest differentiation
Closing & Contracting
Close mid-market, agency, and outbound team deals in the $1K to $5K ACV range
Negotiate pricing, annual contracts, and multi-inbox scaling packages
Convert free-trial users and monthly subscribers into annual contracts
Expansion & Retention
Identify upsell triggers including inbox growth, increased sending volume, and team expansion
Proactively drive upgrades and flag expansion-ready accounts before they seek alternatives
Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handoffs and account continuity
Product & Market Feedback
Bring structured feedback from active senders, agencies, and outbound teams to Product and the founding team
Surface objection patterns, pricing friction, and feature gaps that influence roadmap and GTM decisions
Who You Are
2 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, preferably in outbound, martech, or sales-tech
Strong understanding of cold email, inbox rotation, domain reputation, and deliverability fundamentals
Comfortable discussing KPIs like open rate, reply rate, spam score, and inbox health with technical buyers
Experience closing annual contracts in the $1K to $5K ACV range with confidence
Consultative by nature - you ask before you pitch and tailor every conversation to the prospect's situation
Comfortable operating in a high-volume PLG environment where pipeline never dries up but prioritisation is everything
Fluent in sales metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, ARPA, LTV, ACV - these are part of your daily vocabulary

Pipeline is being worked, logged, and forecasted accurately from day one
Demo-to-close conversion rate is trending upward month over month
First annual contracts closed from the inbound signup pool
Expansion signals are being identified and acted on proactively
A structured set of objection responses and competitive positioning points is documented and shared with the team
