Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing customer relationships, and promote company products. Responsibilities also include providing product training, collaborating with the sales team to devise strategies, and offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. This role emphasizes proactive communication and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Sales expertise, including the ability to identify leads, engage clients, and close deals.
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide and support the sales team in meeting objectives.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and handle customer queries effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the building materials and interior industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
