Sales Telecaller – Car Services & Packages

Company: PB Wheels (From the House of Policybazaar)

PB Wheels, a Policybazaar Group company, is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Telecallers to drive sales of car servicing and car care packages. The role involves engaging with car owners, understanding their requirements, pitching suitable service packages, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams for successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective car owners.
• Pitch and sell car servicing and car care packages (Basic, Standard, Premium).
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable package; upsell where applicable.
• Address customer queries related to car services, packages, pricing, and process.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams and partner workshops to ensure timely service fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate data entry and status updates in internal systems.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Adhere to company processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales, productivity, and quality targets.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

• Experience in automotive sales or tele-sales is mandatory.
• Prior experience in customer handling, inside sales, or call-center roles.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Ability to explain service offerings clearly and confidently.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
