Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers for renewals and upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream).
• 0 to 3 years of experience in tele sales, BPO, or financial services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
