Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include promoting our services, managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves assisting with sales training and supporting the sales team in achieving organizational goals.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet targets
  • Experience in Training and coaching sales team members
  • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage
