Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Indore, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and recommend appropriate digital solutions from OneDigiStore's portfolio. Daily responsibilities include client outreach, conducting sales presentations, managing the sales pipeline, overseeing the sales process, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and providing training on product offerings. The role also involves contributing to sales strategies and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training to develop and mentor team members effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding of digital transformation solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
