Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct prospecting activities, and manage a consultative sales process from initial outreach through closing. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting Ombrevo's digital transformation and sales solutions, preparing proposals, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in CRM tools. The role involves building long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to sales forecasting, participate in virtual meetings and product demos, and provide feedback to help refine offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Selection Process

  1. Intro round
  2. Assignment round- Involving calling & emailing (30-45minutes)
  3. Final round

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
  • Proven Customer Service and client relationship skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in Sales Management or leadership of sales initiatives, such as planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to deliver Training or product presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, SaaS, or technology-driven business solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort using CRM platforms and virtual collaboration tools to manage remote sales activities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in consultative or solution-based selling is a plus.
