This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, with the primary location in Mumbai and some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Specialist will focus on generating and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves communicating effectively with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with the sales management team to optimize processes and strategies.

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
• Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
• Ability to deliver Training to team members or clients on products and services
• Experience in Sales Management, including strategizing and leading sales teams
• Familiarity with AI and technology-driven solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Highly motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
