Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to promote and sell products and services, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales targets. The role includes developing and managing relationships with clients, training customers or partners on product features and benefits, and effectively coordinating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will contribute to maintaining a high-performance sales environment and enhancing overall client experience.

Qualifications and Role

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Execute territory-level sales plans and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads through field visits, calls, and digital outreach

• Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions for new users in the field

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in Training clients or team members on product offerings and services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and results-driven team.
  • Problem-solving and organisational skills to manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the defence or aerospace industry is a plus.
