Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from NRS suite of products. Day-to-day tasks include providing sales demonstrations, supporting customer onboarding, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also requires collaboration with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and effective execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist clients, ensuring high levels of customer support and satisfaction.
  • Proven Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and adeptness at identifying and converting leads.
  • Ability to provide Training and deliver comprehensive product demonstrations to clients for optimal onboarding and use of the system.
  • Experience in Sales Management for planning, strategizing, and driving sales performance across customer accounts.
  • Team collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage responsibilities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with retail technology or the POS/payment processing industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
