Job Title: Sales Specialist Medical Devices

Location: Apollo Premier, Indore (On-site / Field as applicable)

Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Strongly Preferred

Perkant Tech is a MedTech startup developing Abhay Parimiti a patented, non-invasive, operator-free health screening system aimed at transforming preventive healthcare in India. As we gear up for commercial launch, we are expanding our core execution team to scale innovative health screening solutions for hospitals across the country.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Drive on-ground sales of Abhay Parimiti devices to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Conduct product demos and support pilot deployments during launch.
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline; support deal closures.
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Coordinate with internal teams for smooth installation and customer onboarding.
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Capture market feedback to refine pricing, positioning, and sales strategy.

Experience & Qualifications Required

  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> 36 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare services, or pharma.
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Strong understanding of hospital buying cycles and key decision-makers.
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Comfort with field sales, demos, and managing performance-linked targets.
  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0> Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
