Key Responsibilities
- Drive rental sales for luxury villas across India and international destinations.
- Build and manage a pipeline of Ultra HNI / HNI clients, corporate accounts, and premium travel partners to generate consistent bookings.
- Deliver personalized sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective lead conversion.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide premium service at every client interaction, ensuring long-term relationship building and repeat bookings.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions, bookings, and sales performance through CRM tools.
- Gather and share client feedback and market insights to help refine sales strategies.
Key Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, and Personal Traits)
Education
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Technical Skills
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales within luxury hospitality, premium real estate, or luxury travel.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
Personal Traits:
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently deal with Ultra HNI and high-profile clients.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Tech-savvy with good command of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer behavior.
Reporting to: Team Leader Rental Sales / Senior Manager Sales
Location: Parel, Mumbai (Shuttle service available from Dadar & Wadala station to office and back)
Working Days: 5 days (Week off provided during weekdays)
